BOOKING TERMS & CONDITIONS
Prices:
The room price quoted (except for weekend packages) is for one night with a maximum of two guests sharing.
Weekends:
Minimum 2 nights booking & bank holidays minimum 3 nights booking.
Deposit:
1 night's stay. (We do refund if cancelled in writing before 48 hours of the 2.30pm check in time of the arrival date, subject to £10 cancellation/admin charge.).Cheque or credit card accepted. Please make cheques payable to: The Lulworth Beach House.
Payment:
We accept all major credit cards.
Check in/out:
Check in from 2.30pm, check out strictly by 10.30 am.
Late Arrivals:
if you are arriving after 9pm please contact us in advance.
Children & pets:
We are unfortunately unable to accommodate children under 12 years of age. And we are also sorry but pets are not accepted.

ATTENTION WEDDINGS:
Please note that we are unfortunately unable to accommodate wedding parties or guests attending weddings in the Lulworth area. We are a quiet, family run guest house and our aim is to offer our guests a relaxing and tranquil stay with us and we appreciate your understanding.

Cancellations:
• Bookings must be cancelled in writing a minimum of 48 hours before the 2.30pm check in time of your arrival date to ensure a refund of your deposit but there will be a £10 cancellation/admin charge deducted.
• In the event of a no show or a cancellation with less than 48 hours notice prior to the date of arrival, a charge of 100% of the total booking value will be made.
• In the event you should need to cut short your stay during your visit you will be liable for the full cost of the booking unless we relet your room.

The management of The Beach House reserve the right to cancel any bookings at any time, for any reason.
